Huntingdonshire Council are seeking views on a new draft Huntingdonshire Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) which is intended as a replacement for the current Huntingdonshire Design Guide SPD adopted in 2007.
The new design guide has been produced as an aid to improving the quality of new development in Huntingdonshire. It sets out important design principles and explains key requirements of the Council. It has been designed as a manual to inform and inspire anyone with an interest in the development process, and once adopted will be taken into account by the Council when making planning decisions.
The consultation period closes on Monday 12 December 2016.
